At Géni-Métal, we offer a production tracking service where we follow the quality of fabrication and/or the erection of metallic structures. We can make quality audits at the fabricators plant and very certifications, production quality and welding processes.

Coating Inspection

A steel structure is often covered with a coating that protects it against the harmful effects of the environment. Depending on the situation and the requirements of the customer, 
the steel is generally painted, galvanized and/or metallized. The world of coating metal parts is very large and it is wrong to think that only the inspection of the finished product 
is sufficient to ensure the quality of the coating. Several steps should be checked to avoid unpleasant surprises.
